• For your host and/or hostess request during the show period please fill out the below form. The working hours of hosts and hostesses are limited with the show hours. • Lunch expenses for show hours, breakfast and/or dinner expenses for working over time and transportation expences should be covered by the exhibitor company. • Hostess and host’s cloths and insurances are included to the service price. • Native language of the hosts/hostesses is Turkish • Please inform us about your hosstess request and do your payment at least 15 days before the opening date of the fair. • For the cancellations which are done 5 days before the fair, exhibitor is obliged to pay one day salary and social security expences.
